This website is the result of a strong partnership between the Dutch telecom service provider Small World and the German telecommunication consultant Frank Kimmerle CC.

This online service started in 2005 when the CEO of Small World and Frank Kimmerle first met to share their ideas about public and tourist-oriented telephony services.

The floursihing Dutch-German partnership helps you to take advantage of the best ideas of both worlds - Small World and Frank Kimmerle CC: While Small World takes care about the technical and commercial part of the Collect Call service, Frank Kimmerle CC is responsible for marketing issues and promotion of this website.
